Appointments get first priority; walk-ins are welcome when chairs are open.

Reschedules & Cancellations
Please reschedule or cancel 12+ hours before your appointment—no fee.
Changes inside 12 hours may incur a 50% late-change fee.

No-Shows
Missed appointments without notice may be charged 100% of the service.

Running Late
There’s a 10-minute grace period. After that, your service may be shortened to stay on schedule. 15+ minutes late may require rebooking and may be treated as a no-show.

Prices by Location
Service prices may differ between Hendersonville and Lafayette but are the same for all barbers at each location. Final prices are shown when booking.

Kids & Families
We’re family-friendly. A parent/guardian must be present for minors.

Illness & Emergencies
If you’re sick or face an emergency, please contact the shop as soon as possible—we’ll do our best to waive fees and rebook.
